He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Lamps (Stremlau). He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Mark, Anne (Rupert), Christopher, Christine (Glasser), Greg, Johanna (Helo), Marina (Lamps) and Alvaro Alvarez; his grandchildren, Joseph, Maria, Christopher, Noah, Emma, Nicolas, Matthias, Cecilia, Raphael and Lucia; his siblings, Don, Gary and Cheryl Jenkins; and his father Forrest Lamps. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital (maryfreebed.com/foundation) in Dale's name.
