He was predeceased by: his wife Mozelle Neal Oxner; and his sister Ann Bolton. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Oxner McDowell (Charles George) and Michelle Chastain (Hubert); his grandchildren, Cameron McDowell and Dallas Farr (Justin); and his great grandchild Forrest Farr.
