He was predeceased by: his parents, Cambern Fulmer and Frances Dwardy Fulmer. He is survived by: his sister Magdelene Fulmer Shartzer (Gary); and his sons, Christopher Allen Fulmer (Rebecca) and Anthony Lee Fulmer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home (3507 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909).
