It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven D. Neal (Augusta, Georgia), born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on November 30, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard John Neal; and his stepfather Antonio Daniel Valero. He is survived by: his spouse Debra L. Neal; his daughters, Chandra Lotus Neal of Evans, GA, Ruby Jean Lawrence and North Augusta; his granddaughter Alexis Hannah Pate; his mother Lorraine Valero; and his brothers, Erich Francois Neal, Bret Arthur Neal (Lizette), Richard John "Jay" Neal, II, Elizabeth Anne Fisher (Jeff) and Cassandra Leigh Gay (Lee). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
