He was predeceased by: his former wife Susan Kopp Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sue Harrison; his daughters, Jennifer Brown Collins (Matthew), Mary Righton Brown (Zak) and Stephanie Lynne Brown (Joshua); his grandsons, Grady Frederick Collins and William Calhoun Collins; his sisters, Dr. Avis Brown Yount (Peter) and Margaret Elizabeth Brown (Thomas); and his pets, Byrdie and George.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (2230 Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30904). Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Via Cognitive Health (Jud C. Hickey Center for Alzheimer's Care) in Augusta, Georgia.
