We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2024, at the age of 89, Shirley Darby of Augusta, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Heath and Gladys Heath; and her son David Darby. She is survived by: her husband Carl Darby; her children, Carl Darby Jr. and Heather Darby Garren; her grandchildren, Alison Godley (Grayson), Katie Schantz (Evan), Robert Darby (Tori), Chandler Darby (Isabelle) and Mary Darby Garren; her brothers, Ben Heath and Chip Heath (Sheila); her great grandchildren, Charlie, Ben and Maya; and also, Paul Garren, Susan Darby and June Darby.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her honor and in memory of her son David Darby to the Golden Harvest Food Bank: 3310 Commerce Drive, Augusta, Georgia 30909.
