He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle Martin Todd; his parents, Frank Todd and Edna Todd; his sons, Carl W. and Frank M. Todd; and his brothers, Harold and Bob Todd.

He is survived by: his son Brent Todd (Danielle) of Canton, GA; his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas and Taylor Todd; and his stepson Luke Thoroughman.
