He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Parker and Clara Parker. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Parker; and his daughter Jacqueline Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home Chapel (1765 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Augusta, GA 30901). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
