She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Godbee and George Godbee; her brother George Godbee Jr. (Eddie); and her husband William Donehoo. She is survived by: her son Roy Smith (Karen); her niece Brandi Godbee; and her nephews, George Godbee III and Jonathan Godbee.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar First Presbyterian Church (642 Telfair St, Augusta, GA 30901). A burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the Westover Memorial Park (2601 Wheeler Rd, Augusta, GA 30904).
