He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hayes Strozier; his children, Randall Kea Strozier, III of Atlanta, Wade Howell Strozier (Amy Rae Johnson) of Atlanta, Elizabeth Hayes Strozier of Augusta and Emmie Strozier Ward (Dempsey Clay Ward) of Augusta; his brother Robert Strozier (Cindy) of Evans; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Madison Strozier, Emily Elizabeth Strozier and Mary Dempsey Ward.
