He is survived by: his children, Nicolette R. Cook and Anthony P. Cook (Laura); his grandchildren, Nicholas Keith Solomon (Sarah) and Holli Anne Solomon (George Edwards); and his great grandchildren, Cameron J. Driggers and McKinley Anne Johnson.
