He was predeceased by: his parents, Anita Mae and Michael John Parnell. He is survived by: his daughter Katie; his significant other Beverly; his siblings, Cynthia Valdez, Derrick Parnell (Jodi) and Timothy Parnell; his niece Tiffany; his nephews, Jeremy Valdez, Timothy Valdez and Sam Parnell Derrick Parnell, Jr.; and his family Jack Mills.
