She was predeceased by: her husband Henry T. Armstrong, Jr.; her son Henry T. Armstrong III; and her sisters, Jessie Miller, Earlene Gray and Cassandra Cain.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Armstrong, Tina Taylor, Tonya Gibbs and Javon Armstrong; her children-in-law, Rosena Reid, Darcey Taylor, Ervin Gibbs, Jr. and Trazanna Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Queen, Alicia Sims-Mortley (Terry), Kanem Sims (Jessica), Antonio Sims (Doniko), Nina Armstrong, Imani Taylor, Brandon Armstrong, Jasmine Gibbs, Khari Taylor, Tyler Gibbs, Jaden Armstrong and Tesslyn Armstrong. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
