He is survived by: his wife Reta Blackwell; his children, Kimara Seabrook (Christian), Leroy Blackwell Jr., Laron Blackwell and Laquan Blackwell; his grandchildren, LaEisha, Bobby, Micah, Makenzie, Amare and Kassidy; his great grandchildren, Madasyn, MiKhisyn, Maziyah, Braylyn and Ke'Myjah; his mother Elizabeth Elam (Moss Sr.); and his siblings, Michael Blackwell (Bernice), David Elam (Alfreda), Moss Elam (Sammei), Marion Bennett and Francine Davis (Johnny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
