He is survived by: his wife Terri Watkins (Crowley); his children, Janice Watkins, Tamara Wright (Jerry) of Rome, Delmar Watkins of Atlanta Ga and Daryl Watkins (April) of Sandy Springs, GA.; his sister Annie Jones (Pat) of Rome; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Crowley of Rome, Scott Crowley of Evans, GA., Deborah Moses (Victoria Fussell) of San Leandro, CA and Jennifer Browning (Bobby) of Thornton, CO.; his mother-in-law Emma Crowley of Thornton, CO.; and his godson Lamar Owens of Augusta, GA.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
