He is survived by: his fiancée Catherine Miller; his children, Bryan Hood (Cherie), Dee Hood, Jenni Ussery (Wayne) and Mickey Miller; his grandchildren, William and Emily Boutwell; and his children, Levi, Landon Hood and Melody Ussery.
