He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Antonio Serrano and Ana Rivera Serrano. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Serrano; his sons, Steven, Andrew and Jonathan; and his siblings, Ana Mercado (Jesus), Maribel Mangum, Eddie Serrano, Elizabeth Curtis (Reginald) and Tomas Serrano (Annie).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pine Hill Baptist Church (4233 Old Waynesboro Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his honor.
