He is survived by: his wife Sandra Radford Sammons; his daughters, Angie Sammons Hall (Jerry) and Jennifer Sammons Bowling (Donnie); his grandchildren, Jordan Rodgers (Jessica), Sam Rodgers, Aiden Bowling, Zach Bowling, Elizabeth Fatica (Mike), Micheal Bowling (Elle) and Alexander Bowling (Lupe); his great grandchildren, Avery and Issac Fatica; his brother-in-law Daniel Radford (Debbie Powell); his nieces, Rebecca and Rachel; his pet Maggie; his friends, Rick Burnett, Bobby Harrison, Larry Fitzgerald, Dennis, Charlene Fehrman, Lester and Phyllis Fox; and his caregivers, Chelsea and Amber.
