He was predeceased by: his father Ellis Maxwell II. He is survived by: his mother Beverly; his son Austin (Angela); his brother Ellis Maxwell; and also, April Durell and Julie Harris (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
