He is survived by: his mother Helen Schumpert Cason; his children, Brady Darril Blount and Jordan Michelle Blount; his siblings, John Byne Blount III (Stacy Key), Paul Horner and Shannon Cason; his wife Sabrina Proden Blount; his sister Donna Cason; and also, Earl Cason and Martha Eller Blount.
