He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Billingsley and Marcelee Billingsley; and his siblings, Mary Sanders, Shirley Billingsley, Frank Billingsley (Clarice) and John Billingsley.

He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Sarah MacDonald (Matt); his grandchildren, Lizzy, William, Harley and Andrew; and his brother Eric Billingsley.

In lieu of flowers, if you'd like to help his legacy continue, the family encourages donations to Trinity on the Hill Methodist Church - Missions, Quest Church or any nonprofit you love.
