He is survived by: his sons, Trini Lydell Hollins (Tabitha) and Thomas Donnell Howard; his wife Earnestine H. Howard; his children, Frank E. Howard, Jr. (Chelsea) of Douglasville, Donald L. Howard (Khahilah), Monica H. Robbins (Tarrance), Augusta and Veronica H. Soto (Carlos) of San Fransisco; his grandchildren, Ayana Hollins, Brittany Hollins, KhaDeja Howard, Katrese Robbins, O'Dario Howard, Denzel Howard, Jansen Robbins, Jonas Robbins, Ethan Howard and Peyton Howard; his sister-in-law Lucille Newton Howard; his niece Gwendolyn Lynch-Sampson; and also, Dailey Hurst, Marvis H. Diggs, Dr. Walter C. Howard, SGT Leon E. Howard, James F. Howard (Jerald), Annie H. Parris (Harvey) and Sandra H. Godbee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
