It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Diana Broadnax (Augusta, Georgia), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister La Barbara Burgess. She is survived by: her husband Lanod Broadnax; her sons, La Mont Johnson, Jeremy Johnson and Jermaine Johnson (Kanisha Elaine); her stepchildren, Candice Broadnax and Brandon Broadnax (Bridget); and her siblings, David Johnson Jr. Johnson (Shelly) and Crystal Lynn Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
