Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Evangeline Gerstenberg (Augusta, Georgia), who passed away at the age of 85, on March 17, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Alpers and Mabel Alpers. She is survived by: her boyfriend Robert; her daughters, Mari Ukleya and Christina Schroeder (Ryan); her grandchildren, Owen Ukleya, Logan Ukleya, Addison Schroeder and Cayden Schroeder; her siblings, Gordon Alpers (Ester) and Marianna Alpers; and her brother-in-law John Gerstenberg (Bridgette). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
