He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Martha H. Odom; his children, Angela Welch (Earl) and Ashley Odom (Shawn); and his granddaughters, Lauren Welch Birch (Andrew), Hannah Welch, Ashton Drake (John), Andersen Odom and Addisen Odom.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors (214 Davis Rd, Augusta, GA 30907). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 2601 Wheeler Rd, Augusta, GA 30904.
