He is survived by: his wife Michelle Lee Johnson; his children, Zynita Blackburn (Malcolm), Eddie P. Blackburn V, Jacquez Johnson, Myerra Johnson and Valencia Johnson; his parents, Gladys III and Dr. Eddie P. Johnson III; his siblings, Junious Johnson (Kamala) and Valencia Johnson (Kenny); and his mother-in-law Marie Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
