Scott (Annie Bell); and his siblings-in-law, Laufelt Moncrief, Cedric Washington (Emma), Tanya Mitchell, Delilah Looper, Maxine Looper and Monica Washington. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews. and cousins.
