He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hawkins; his children, Kevin Hawkins (Lynda) and Lisa Hawkins; his brothers, Gregory Hawkins (Cathy) and Gary Hawkins; his grandchildren, Autumn Cox (Jacob), Kaitlyn Ridick, Savannah Hawkins and Avery Hawkins; his great grandchild Riley Cox; and his pets, Bandit, Molly, Bella, Hazel, Hershey and Cocoa.
