He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Darlene Bresadola Scarff; his stepson Jim Tochterman (Carey) of Martinez, GA; his mother Lois Scarff of Pensacola, FL; his daughter-in-law Laura Scarff of Waynesboro, GA; his grandsons, Andrew Scarff and William Scarff; his stepgranddaughter Madeline Wible; his sister Sheryl Scarff Loper of Fort Worth, TX.; his father John Scarff; his sons, Robert Scarff and Kevin Scarff; his brother Wade Scarff; his stepmother Patricia Scarff; and his sister Lisa Scarff Hampton.
