She is survived by: her children, Kasey Boutwell (Nikki) and Katie Boutwell Smith (Bryan); her grandchildren, Wade Smith, Lettie Smith and Blakelynn Boutwell; her great grandchild Kason Boutwell; her sisters-in-law, Judy Reaves and Regina Boutwell; and her nieces and nephews, Todd Bishop, Amanda Porter, Nathan Clements, Ashleigh Johnston and Shannon Williams.
