He is survived by: his children, Terrence Smith Sr. (Tiffany), Zhane' Turner (Jamal) and Zenobia Collins; his mother Birdy Collins; and his sisters, Paulette Johnson, Cynthia Collins and Joyce Collins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
