Charles Alan Schafer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Alan Schafer in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schafer and Elizabeth Schafer; and his brothers, Samuel Robert Schafer and Jonathan Heller Schafer. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Schafer Teachey, Lisa Schafer Yocco and James Victor Schafer (Ginny); and his nieces and nephews, Sydney, Robert, Tara, Todd, Rachel, Laura, Adam, Lynn, Christopher and Jonathan.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westover Memorial Park (2601 Wheeler Rd, Augusta, GA 30904).
