He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Harper and Ann Harper; his brothers, John, Thomas and Donald; his wife Pamela Harper; his son Bernard Carl Harper; his daughter-in-law Carlie Harper; and his grandchildren, Alex, Rosalynn and Bernard Winston.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hephzibah Baptist Church (2527 GA-88, Hephzibah, GA 30815).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer research or to a GoFundMe campaign established to assist Pamela with end-of-life expenses.
