He is survived by: his wife Judith Duggan Meyer; his children, James W. Meyer (Joan) of Lake Luzerne, NY, John W. Meyer (Lynne) of Lake Luzerne, NY and Kathleen Meyer Gangaware (Bob) of Lake Luzerne, NY; and his stepsons, James R. Duggan (Diana) of Buford, GA and Jonathan D. Duggan (Lori) of Albuquerque, NM.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
