She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Gary Tylon "Bud" Forrester, Jr.; her parents, Ercy McCoy Miller, Sr. and Marie Decker Miller; her stepmother Christine McGehee Miller; her son-in-law Jim Adkins; and her siblings, Ercy Miller, Jr. and Edward Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Sean, Tina Forrester of Auburn, GA and Joyce; her sisters, Sue Potaczak of Kentucky and Elizabeth Green of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jessica Adkins Thomas (Chris), Joshua Forrester, Jacob Forrester, Brandon Lay, Miranda Roberts, Emma Roberson Kennedy, Cory Hill and Hunter Hill; and her great grandchildren, Ryder Thomas, Ryleigh Thomas, Copen Kennedy and Lucy Kennedy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (1265 Washington Hwy, Elberton, GA 30635). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (1642 Washington Hwy, Elberton, GA 30635).
