He was predeceased by: his parents, Brunell Fulcher and Willie Fulcher. He is survived by: his wife Ann Fulcher; his children, Alan Fulcher (Wanda), Andy Fulcher and Cindy Evans (Jason); his grandson Trent Fulcher; and his siblings, Brenda Gower and Roy Fulcher.
