He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald Millwood. He is survived by: his parents, Andrea Mitchell and Paul Mitchell of Auburn; his siblings, Andrew and Amanda; and his grandmother Anne Millwood. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
