She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Smoke and Edell Harris Smoke; her brother Adrian Smoke; and her grandchildren, Michael Cruse and Danielle Cruse.

She is survived by: her husband Dan Cruse; her children, Bryant Cruse (Shannon), Tommy Cruse (Cindy) of Auburn and Elizabeth Woodruff of Auburn; her grandchildren, Adrian Woodruff, Bethany Woodruff, ErinFaye Woodruff and Chris Cruse (Tina); and her stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Meminger, Maria Meminger, Julie Meminger and Lelo Droddy. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
