She is survived by: her husband Nicholas Calabrese; her children, Nicholas, Maxwell and Madeline; her mother-in-law Winifred Calabrse; her grandmother Norma Neri; her sisters, Lisa Musty and Ronna Holtz; her aunt Linda Neri; and her uncle Brian Neri.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Rachel.
