He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest William and Agnes Mae Perry of Lawrenceville; his siblings, Willie Mae "Bill" Wages, Von Hinton, William Azz "Dub" of Johnny Aaron, E. W and Perry, Jr.; and his son Jeffrey Eugene.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Kate; his children, Theresa of Vero Beach, Mark of Los Angeles, California and Matt; his daughter-in-law Debbie Perry of Jefferson, Georgia; his granddaughters, Ashley and Stephanie of Jefferson; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Harper and Zachary.
