He is survived by: his parents, Jim Menadue and Joyce Morgan; his wife Natalie Menadue; his sons, Kevin Menadue II and Michael Menadue; and his siblings, Jay Menadue, Chad Pliester, Pat Menadue, Chris Menadue and Debbie Morgan. He is also survived by father, a stay-at-home dad, teaching his boys.
