She was predeceased by: her husband Theo Duncan; her daughter Brenda Duncan Jones; her brothers, Rudolph Rooks and Randall Rooks; and her son-in-law Joey Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, John Keith Duncan (Julie) of Conyers and Mark Duncan (Janice) of Auburn; and her sister Joyce Allen of Covington. She is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery (2579 Harbins Rd, Dacula, GA 30019).
