He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Zile and Lulu Zile (Clary); and his siblings, Doris McElwee, Genevieve Elliott, Irene Humphrey and Clarence "Sonny" Zile.
He is survived by: his wife Flora Marie Zile (Music); his children, John Wayne Zile (Linna) of Auburn, GA, Cathy Zile and Kim Schrupp (Duane) of Hillsboro; his sister Mary Lou Hanson of West Union; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Zile of Sinking Spring. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
