It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joette Leel of Auburn, Georgia, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Caroline Zorn Pace; her daughter Patricia Chatman; and her siblings, Maureen Dyes and Don Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Elma Daniel (Sean) of Monroe, Peggy Burtz (Greg) of Jasper, Donna Roper (Joey) of Ball Ground, Joe McCaffery of Ball Ground, Kathy Malpass of Ellijay, Ron Long (Carol) of Leesburg and Randy Long (Teda) of Abilene, Kansas; and her sister Willene Mitchell of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great- grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
