He was predeceased by: his daughter Mandy McDaniel; his parents, Frank Ellington and Bonnie Ellington; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Betty Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Pam McDaniel of Auburn; his sister Heidi; his siblings-in-law, Shane Davis of Buford, Diane Owens of Snellville, Mike, Barbara Phillips of Monroe, Jason and Jerri Phillips of Rutledge; and his pets, Levi and Beau. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
