It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Wendell Day of Auburn, Georgia, born in Buford, Georgia, who passed away on July 26, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Kay Day; and his stepchildren, Carl, Crystal Green of Buford, GA, Jack, Stephanie Adams, Amy Green and Chris Browning. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one nephew; two great nephews; and several cousins.
