He is survived by: his daughter Robin Goins Fransisco; his stepdaughters, Jackie Wolanski and Debbie Holley; his sons, Jeff Goins and Kevin Goins; his grandchildren, Matthew C. Goins, Ethan D. Goins, Austin Brown, Kody Goins, Ashlynn Goins and Dylan Goins; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin Holley, Tammy Petersen, Jamie Jadwin and Gary Holley; his great grandchild Weston C. Goins; and his sisters, Irene Herron and Pauline Herron.
