He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Luther and Mary Agnes Bearden Lingerfelt; and his siblings, Charles Lingerfelt, Glenn Lingerfelt, Betty Lingerfelt Lewis, Mildred Hall, Katherine Manning, Jeanette Mincey and Sarah Louise Satterfield.
He is survived by: his son Julian Lingerfelt of Auburn, GA; his granddaughter Brook Miller; and his great grandchild Ryker Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
