He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crawford Poisal and Katherine Elizabeth Poisal (Karas). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mary Poisal (Smith); his daughter Sandy; his son-in-law Bryan Caudle; his sons, David, Jr. (Ponnie Poisal), Mike (Julie Poisal) and Tom (Shelby Poisal); his grandchildren, Justin (Heather Caudle), Renee (Adam Davis), Priscilla (Thomas), Taylor (Cameron Mote), Zachary Poisal (Haden Burleson), Macy Poisal and Aisley Burleson; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Gloriana, Sierra and Chase.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cvach-Rosedale Funeral Home (1211 Chesaco Ave, Rosedale, MD 21237). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Memorial Gardens (5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206).
