He is survived by: his significant other Lillie Mae Kirkpatrick; his children, Steven Darell Sipsy (Elma), Gregory Allen Sipsy (Stacy) and Lisa Ann Sipsy-Teems (Brian); his grandchildren, Taylor Allen Sipsy (Ashley), Megan Nicole Lunschin (Mark), Bailee Elizabeth Teems, Tiffany Renee Sipsy, Parker Franklin Teems, Ian Cuevas Sipsy, Reese Owen Stokes and Ryan Edward Stokes; and his brother Robert Franklin Sipsy (Petra). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved family & friends.
